There are around 400 courses for students on offer, within a variety of faculty members, including economics, law, performing arts, management, engineering, fashion design, journalism, and zoology. Students can gain a Diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral degrees. All courses at LPU are taught in English so it is required that all students applying for admission should have strong reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of the English Language. LPU has strong partnerships with large companies in a wide variety of industries, including Microsoft, Google, Amazon and Hilton Hotel. Students are encouraged to secure internships and placements throughout their studies. In an attempt to nurture students' entrepreneurial talents, the university provides office space and equipment, technology support and SEED capital. In addition, there's a dedicated business development hub, which hires mentors to assist students who are developing strong business ideas. There's a large cricket stadium and health centre for students to access. Sports on offer include cricket, boxing, football, taekwondo, and basketball. The university campus spreads over 600 acres in boundary on the outskirts of Jalandhar and houses over 30,000 students. The campus has all the facilities a student can ask for be it Food Canteens, Gym and Parks. Courses LPU offers a lot of courses B.Tech, MBA, Hotel Management and LL.B. Are some of the popular courses. When students of so many streams interact with each other it helps in expanding the mind not only in the course the student is currently pursuing but also in other courses. Faculty Most of the faculty members are from IIT, IIIT, NIT, IIM or from elite Schools (India/Abroad. They have a decade of experience. The faculty is really helpful. Even they help students after regular university hours In every section they have 4060 Students which helps teachers to focus on focus on each student. Placements On average, more than 600 companies visit every year for various industry-academia activities and campus recruitment of students from LPU. LPU provides placements to the maximum it has record-breaking placements in MBA approximately 98% of students got placed in top companies in the year 2020. Moreover, CSE students were placed in top companies, with a package of 42 per annum in Microsoft was a highlight in the newspaper and in news. In CSE the placement record is almost 100%. Due to the current covid delay in the examination and different results, LPU has extended the date to offer some time to the students but I recommend you to check the LPU admission eligibility criteria before filling the LPU NEST application form. LPU NEST 2021 exam is being held as an online remote proctored test. The slot booking of LPU NEST 2021 has commenced from July 16 onwards for phase 6. Based on the scores obtained in the exam, LPU NEST 2021 counseling process will be conducted in two rounds for each schedule. LPU NEST 2021 - Lovely Professional University (LPU) will conduct LPU NEST phase 6 from July 19 to August 3. LPU NEST is conducted for admission into the B.Tech courses.
