The tentative dates from the release of notification to the submission of the application form is mentioned below.

Events	Dates (Tentative)
Release of the Notification	Sometime in the 1st week of January 2024
Starting of Application	Sometime in the 1st week of January 2024
Last date to apply for the examination	Sometime in the 2nd week of February 2024
Correction facility	2nd to 3rd week of February 2024

NEET PG 2025 application form was released on April 17, 2025. Deadline to submit NEET PG 2025 application form was May 7, 2025. Application form reopened to choose exam city from June 13 to June 17, 2025. Exam was held on August 3, 2025 in computer-based mode.
