Admission to NIPER Hyderbad courses is done through NIPER JEE entrance exam. For the year 2024, the last date to apply for NIPER JEE was May 30, 2024, and the exam was conducted by NIPER Guwahati on June 15, 2024. The application process began in the last week of April. The NIPER JEE application process is conducted online and to register successfully, candidates were required to furnish the required details such as name, address, educational qualification, selection of exam centre, candidate's photagraph and signature.

The NIPER JEE application fee for various courses is tabulated below:
