Hii Ariba, Which Scholarship are you talking about? But there are many scholarships for undergraduation program. You can also apply for NSP UGC Scholarship whose last date is 5th February (extended) and many other scholarships are there.

You'll have to give entrance exam for the college you want to take admission in. You must have done your graduation with either maths or computer science as your core subject in your graduation. While there are some clgs which give direct admission on the basis of merit.
