The process for MMS admissions begins after the CET results. As far as the PGDM process is concerned the forms will release before CET and deadline is usually around March. But this get's extended almost every time. So keep an eye on the announcements at: http://www.welingkar.org/Home/home_flash.asp

For MMS courses, CAP rounds take place. For PGDM, its closed now.
