What is the last date to apply for Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences admission?

<p>Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences admission applications for MBBS, MD, MS, MCh and MDS opens with the release of application form of the accepted entrance-exam. The university releases the application forms usually in May. Currently, the application form is available for MPharm course.
