What is the last month to apply for a Canadian student visa if I want to go in January 2019?

Hello Ali,
Visa processing time for a student visa is 7 weeks as per CIC. Hence at least start the application process by October last week or November 1st week for January 2019 intake. Make sure you go through the GIC process, whether you come under SDS category or not. You will play a safe game.
