Hello Abhijeet, Cutoffs in IIT or NIT are indeed dynamic. It all depends on the toughness if the question paper set for JEE Mains / JEE Advanced. It also depends on the perception of students about a particular branch. In some years mechanical branch is at top while in some other, electrical branch
