What is the latest cut-off (2019) for B.Com? Am I eligible to get admission in this college?

I have scored 75% in 2nd PU held in 2019. I am a Roman Catholic.

The cut-off too is high for B.Com. It is around 90% for General Merit, 75% for SC/ST and for Christian Catholic, it is easy to get admission with 60% as Joseph's is a Christian Minority College.
