    The overall cutoff for TNEA ranges from 67219 to 83331 rank.

    Admissions are based on the merit of the qualifying exam and Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission. For lateral entry admissions, candidates are selected based on merit in the qualifying examination. Post-graduation admissions are conducted through Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) or Consortium Examination.
