The admissions in this university is purely based on merit and the score in the qualifying examination .In the exam you have to score 70 to 80 percent Mark's for admission in the university.
As the exams are yet to happen, we can't figure out a solid percentile to declare a cut-off, but we could predict the cutoff by looking at previous year cutoffs

According to Shiksha, to get admission to any course at Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University (JRSU), you need to score 70–80 percentile in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET).
Admission to all courses at JRSU is based on 60% marks in the common entrance test and 40% in the qualifying examination.
According to CUET, to be eligible for a B.Sc. programme at JRSU, you must:
Have at least 50% marks in aggregate in the 12th Science stream
Be under 21 years of age on the date of admission
Have a relaxation of 2 years if you belong to the OBC, ST, SC category or are female
