Admissions to HIMT is done on the basis of your class 12th marks. It does not conduct any competitive exam for the same. For admission in B Tech at HIMT College, students have to pass IMU-CET examamination.

According to 2023, cut off for opening ranks in general was 179 and cut off for closing ranks in general was 150. In 2022, the overall cut off for IMU-CET was 5- 1349 rank.
