    The GATE score cutoffs for 2023 admissions are expected to resemble those from 2022 admissions.For General and OBC categories, a minimum qualifying GATE score of 600–650 out of 1000 is required.The required minimum GATE score for SC/ST applicants is between 450 and 500 marks.

    The highest cutoffs are found in the branches for specializations in CSE and ECE.For Manufacturing Technology (MT), Instrumentation & Control (IC), and other subjects, the cutoff scores are generally lower.In addition to their GATE score, candidates must have a minimum of 60% overall in their B.Tech or BE degree (or 55% for SC/ST students).Only candidates

    The latest cutoff information for M.Tech at Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), formerly known as NSIT, is based on the GATE 2023 scores of the candidates. The overall cutoff for GATE is 350 - 376 marks, depending on the course and category of the candidates. Here are some of the expected cutoffs for different M.Tech courses at NSUT:
