    To get admission to a Master's in Biotechnology programme in the USA without a consultancy, you can apply directly to the university  and meet the following requirements:
    • Application
      Submit an online application, application fee, transcripts, personal statement, resume, and two letters of recommendation
      Candidates who have scored a minimum of 60 percent in class 12 are eligible. They must have passed class 12th under the Science stream with the subjects mathematics, physics, and chemistry.

So basically there's an exam called Andhra Pradesh EAMCET those who qualify for that exam with good marks can get a scholarship up to INR 4 Lacs rupee.
