The candidate's performance on the entrance examination and in their B.Sc. degree programme are two key factors that decide the cutoff for M.Tech admissions at SKUAST Jammu. The candidate who wants to be admitted to SKUAST Jammu's M.Tech in Agriculture Engineering normally has to complete a related undergraduate degree with at least 55% of the total marks in that exam (e.g. a B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering). Hence, students are requested to check the official website of the respective institute regularly for the latest updates.

The candidate needs to secure 50% or above in their degree of B.Tech from any recognised university to get admission in the SKUAST Jammu.
