    Yes, you can apply for DU admission 2019 in B. Com under a regular/general category. But getting admission in DU colleges with 75% under Regular/General category can be a little difficult as the least cut off that most colleges accept is only till 84%.

    As per class 8th cutoff list of Hindu College (Delhi University) for year 2019-20. the admissions were closed at 97.62%. Hence, you have to score above this.
