The interview process is mixed , first interview will be a profile based interview , second would be a technical based interview . GD topics could be anything , from abstract , to recent news , to a management quote etc
    All the best

Two Rounds of personal interview (PI):
    a) Technical Interview: These interviews test your basic knowledge and look into your
overall understanding. b) Competency based Interview: Competency or behavioral interviews are based on
the idea that past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior. The interviewer will
want specific examples of when and how you demonstrated particular behaviors. GD on current issues, may be abstract topics or general gd topics
