IMUCET is the entrance examination for colleges affiliated to IMU whereas TMI has its own screening test called TMISAT. The intention is to check your basic knowledge in science, maths and English, aptitude additionally. If you are well versed with what you learnt in class 12, I don't think you need much preparation. As far as English is concerned, you need to work on your grammar. Even if you manage to clear the English exam, with poor English you wouldn't be able to sustain the interview.
