    The MAH BEd CET is the Maharashtra Bachelor in Education Common Entrance Test. MAH BEd CET exam is a state-level entrance exam, conducted to provide admission to candidates in BEd courses. To appear for the exam, eligible candidates are required to first apply for the exam.

  • Candidates seeking admission to BEd (General & Special Education) and BEd (Early Childhood Education & Care) programs in Maharashtra are required to give MAH BEd CET exam. The MAH BEd CET is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell for admission to Bachelor of Education (BEd) courses across various universities and colleges in Maharashtra.

    Although, the exam is not mandatory for admission to the B.Ed. (Integrated Program) offered by some universities.

The last date for MAH CET BEd admission in Maharashtra is 1 October, 2025. The counselling process to get admission in BEd education programme started by State Cell, Maharashtra, from 25 June, 2025 and was continued till 5 August for the CAP 2025 Round 1.
