The Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship (MGNF) is a Certificate programme in public policy and management.
1. This fellowship is organized by the Indian Institute of Management.
2. MGNF is a two-year-long study and research programme in more than 600 districts.
3. The shortlisted fellows receive Rs. 50,000 in the first year and Rs. 60,000 in the second year of fellowship.
4. To be eligible, one must be a graduate in any related specialty.
5. The age limit to apply for MGNF is between 21 and 30 years at the time of application.
6. The applicant must also have command of the state language where they will be working.

MGNF is a two-year academic programme which combines classroom sessions at IIM with an intensive field immersion ar the district level to create credible plans and identify barriers in raising employment and economic output, amd promoting livelihoods in rural areas. Eligibility - Minimum graduate degree from a recognised University and citizens of India with 21-30 years of age- group. You should not be a government employee.
