What is the major difference between PGDM and MS?

PGDM is a diploma in business studies whereas MS is a degree in engineering and stands for Masters in science. MS is normally a M.Tech degree earned outside of India whereas PGDM is a Masters degree commonly known as MBA. Both are of 2 years duration however, they are both entirely different fields
