sir i didnot give uptu examination but my aieee air is 130886and my aieee state ranking is 19028 can i get some relaxation in management fee and i want ec branch .and what can be the management quota fee................please reply me soon it is the matte

as per rules they cannot charge anything extra but all colleges sell their seats to the highest bidder and our bureacracy /Govt is helpless and does not take any action
