The candidates will receive four marks from the authorities for each correct response. But for each wrong response, you will lose one mark. The HPCET questions carry negative markings, so applicants are urged to proceed cautiously.

HPCET marking scheme is released online. Candidates should check marking scheme carefully to understand how their responses will be marked. For every correct answer, authorities will award four marks to candidates. However, one mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
