The NEET MDS exam awards 4 marks for each correct answer with the negative marking of one mark for every question answered incorrectly.

You can refer to the following table for more clear information:

Answered questions	Marks Awarded or Deducted
Correct Answer	+4 marks
Incorrect Answer	-1 mark
