A percentile of more than 50 in CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, and ATMA is accepted by IPE. The selection is based on merit.

The required percentile for IPE is above 80.
The candidates must hold a Bachelors Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of SC/ST/PC candidates), from a UGC recognised university / deemed university / possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. and candidates needs to appear in any one of the admission test (CAT/XAT/MAT/ ATMA/ CMAT/ GMAT).
