Four times for general category candidates, if the candidate has not crossed 30 years of age. The age bracket is 21 to 30 years.

ELIGIBILITY
1)A pass in a degree from any University,
2)For IAS and IPS the candidate must be a citizen of India,
3)For other services a candidate can be either a citizen of India,a subject of Nepal,a subject of Bhutan or a Tibetian refugee
