With specilaization in HR you will become a part of the Personnel & Human resource development department of an organization and would have to utilize your 'Human skill" to tackle the people so as to select, maintain and promote the best talent. Marketing means you will involve yourself in sale & purchases of products. Fienace is delaing with money related matters for an organization throug Banks and delating with balance sheets etc. -

8 years agoAs far as MBA providing different branches marketing will leads to that job role like sales and promotions, finance leads to accounting and organization financial management and HR leads to the person to work as a human resource officer in an organization who can manage things and recruit people into organization and maintains as a good relation with staff.
