    its based on different situations.in simple.amdemt needed in this law.basically this law govern by sebi. objective are differnt likeee To protect the interests of large number of shareholders, as there exists separation of ownership frommanagement in a company ,also safeguard the interests of creditors. lots of things.in this .any thing else.just ask.
