What is the meaning of B.Tech through civil engineering? What are the options after that?

Civil engineering deals with the designing, manufacturing and maintaining a physically or naturally built environment that includes roads, bridges, buildings etc. After civil engineering you will have many options in private sectors as well as in government sectors like working on government project
