What is the meaning of cutoff marks in JEE Mains exam? What will happen if I score more than cutoff marks?

If you score below cutoff marks in JEE Mains, then you cannot appear for JEE advanced. -
Cut off marks mean, it is average marks of that particular year according to students strength and paper of JEE Mains and reserve category. If you score at least cut off marks or more than cut off marks, you will be able to appear JEE advance exam.
If you score more than cut off marks, you will be able to get admission in good NITs or IITs.
