Being a professional course, it is called engineering and being an undergraduate course it is called Bachelors of engineering.

BE which stands for Bachelor of engineering and is also called graduation in engineering.

Graduation is engineering means a B.Tech or BE degree. It is nothing else. Kindly mention the context in which you are asking this question for a better answer.
