    Hey Himani,

The National Institute of Open Schooling, also known as NIOS, is an independent Indian educational board that offers a well-known open schooling programme around the world. For adult neo-literates who are unable to benefit from the traditional educational system, it also provides an open basic education program. In response to the inquiry about students who dropped out of their 9th and 11th grades and wish to retake their 10th and 12th grades through open enrollment, NIOS does, in fact, provide these students with an opportunity to finish their secondary and senior secondary education.
