<p>&nbsp;The highest package is INR 37 LPA. The mean CTC of batch 2021-23 increased by 19.3% year on year to Rp19 LPA. The median CTC is 17.5 LPA, with a 16.2% increase in year on year and the highest of 37 LPa has grown by 30% from last year. As regards the summer and final placement reports, IIM Kashipur shall carry out an independent audit in accordance with IPRS standards. IIM Kashipur is one of the few IIMs following IPRS to prepare and report placement data.</p>
