At IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University), the medium of instruction for the B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) program is available in both English and Hindi. Students can choose their preferred medium at the time of admission, and the study materials (books) will be provided in the selected language.

This allows flexibility for students to pursue their education in the language they are most comfortable with.
