TKM Institute of Management calculates a composite score to decide the final MBA admission list. The entrance exam score carries the highest weightage at 80%, while the GD and PI contribute 10% each.  

TKM Institute of Management uses a multi-stage process for MBA selection. First, candidates are shortlisted based on their entrance exam scores. Those who make the cut are invited for Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI), where their communication skills and personality are checked.
