Hello Aarya Admit Khariye, let me explain. When we talk of cutoff, it means that students below this level are not allowed to take part in the process. Like the cutoff prescribed by IIT's of 75% marks in 12th. Even if a student stands in first 20 in JEE Advanced he / she will be denied admission if
