Bachelors is the min. qualification. In any field the bachelors degree can be.
Today even IIT pass-outs are dreaming IAS and being an NITian, I am also looking forward to preparing for IAS.

ELIGIBILITY
1)A pass in a degree from any University,
2)For IAS and IPS the candidate must be a citizen of India,
3)For other services a candidate can be either a citizen of India,a subject of Nepal,a subject of Bhutan or a Tibetian refugee
