    To apply to GIBS MBA/PGDM, you just need to have completed your graduation in any stream — like BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, Engineering, or anything else — from a recognised university. In my batch too, people came from all kinds of backgrounds, not just commerce or management.

    Even if someone is in their final year of graduation, they can still apply. GIBS looks more at your interest, attitude, and willingness to learn, not just marks. That's something I really liked, because many students here are strong in skills and communication.

In our recent placement cycle, the highest packages went into double digits, and the average package is solid for freshers, especially for roles in marketing, finance, consulting, HR, and operations.
