What is the minimum and average salary package of LPU and GLA?

Dear Aniket, I have an idea about the average placement record of GLA University. But being alumni of LPU I would say that the average package for the various programme at LPU varies between 4-10 LPA. Comparing other Universities with LPU, I would say that LPU is better in terms of placements. In fact, LPU made a new record in the whole of North India by placing its student Tanya Arora with Microsoft, who bagged a package of 42 LPA. Engineering- Rs. 42 LPA
Management- Rs. 21 LPA
Design- Rs. 36.5 LPA
Agriculture- Rs. 19.25 LPA

Aniket, my cousin did his B.Tech from LPU. Recently, my cousin and many of his friends got placed in Tech Mahendra through on-campus drive, at a good package of 4 lacs pa. Few students got a higher package too.

See the placement criteria varies from course to course and college to college. But as per best of my knowledge, GLA is the best when it comes to impart the best placement offers. GLA invests lot of its money to invite the top core companies for campus recruitment. GLA has amazing placement history in the past years. And even in the session 2018-19.

Salary is a function of various factors - I.e. (I) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile (iii) city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns. (iv) Your current organization - I.e. where you will be joining - an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organizations. (v) Your work profile I.e. Manager/ AVP, etc. Thus one cannot allocate a figure.
