    First of all, I would suggest you think again before taking PM & HRD although it's good but, I would suggest you to do HR from top colleges like TISS, NMIMS Mumbai, etc. You would definitely get better opportunities from these colleges. Now, let's talk about Balaji Institute of Modern Management's Pm & HRD.
    BIMM is no doubt a good college, and majority of its students pursue PGDM in marketing. So, college focuses more on marketing placements but they didn't take HR lightly. They call many big companies in campus like Vedanta, TCS, Amazon, Infosys, Deloitte, etc. And common placements we have seen in HR is 4-7 but the highest goes to 14.

    Dear Himanshu. it may be BIMM or any other organzation. it depends upon the company that visit to the institute. secondly, the candidate worth. that will be considered to pay more or less. hence, we could say probability of the salaries. for the current year. find out enquire previous history. accordingly you can relay some certain extent. further. start the career after some time you will realize ur dreams.
