    It is difficult to say anything about the minimum cut off. Every year, the minimum cut off changes. It ranges from as low as 60-70 percentile to higher percentile of 80. So let's see what they decide this year.

    60% is the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for IIT dhanbad but it's better to apply with lower marks too because sometimes due to vacant seats less than 60% marks are also been selected for GD and interview round.
