You are answering totally differently. He asked about minimum training cost. And some of the institutes you mentioned, like Glorietta & CCAT do not provide pilot training themselves. So please don't confuse people without knowing actual fact.

You will end up spending approximately Rs. 20 lakhs - 30 lakhs as of now to complete CPL. The price goes higher if you want to go for IGRUA or NFTI or any sophisticated international flying clubs. And, if you want to include type rating then that's approximately Rs. 15 lakhs all total.
