The min.qualification is 12th. After 12th you can join Bachelors degree in multimedia from any reputed institution in India like LPU, Arena Multimedia, Maya Academy etc. Check their websites for more details. Best of luck.

Hello, Minimum qualification required for doing Undergraduate program in Animation within India or outside India is 10+2. Animation is a creative career, which requires a wide bouquet of skills from traditional art skills to articulation skills, storytelling to aesthetic appreciation, and creativity to technical prowess. It is practical oriented and will need strong mentoring. Such programs are offered by lot of Government Colleges and Autonomous Institutes & Universities. While choosing any institute ensure that you are taught by Experienced & proficient Mentors. Also ensure adequate infrastructure, industry interface & validate placement track record of alumni's. If you wish to take animation as skill development course, even lot of autonomus institutes consider VIII pass students for creative programs. Feel free to revert.
