Normally, an overall AMCAT ELQ score above 1500 is considered a good score, clearing most company requirements. The fourth module, domain, is often decided by the recruiter and may vary case by case. The second thing you should know is this how are cut-offs defined by companies.

The cut-offs may vary from year to year also, most colleges have a different provision for admission.
