For M.Tech, Coachin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) and Government Engineering College Thrissur (GEC), both the colleges are very good. You can take admission as per your choice. You can take admission by going to the official website of the college and checking about the facility structure, faculty, campus placement, etc. of both the colleges. Otherwise both the colleges are very good.

With such a nice percentage in your 12th exams and a respectable score in NATA, you have a very good chance for getting B.Arch admission at GEC, Thrissur. For you to be eligible, the criteria require a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in your 12th exams, which you easily meet.

Though the specific cutoffs can change each year, the closing rank for the B.Arch course was 175 for the General category, in 2024.

I advice you reaching out directly to the college's admission office or checking their official website for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Best of luck with your application.
