The minimum cutoff for admission to the B.Sc program at IHM Mumbai is 50% aggregate in the qualifying exam. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the minimum cutoff is 45%.

To be eligible for admission, candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board. They must have also studied English as a course in Class 12.

The selection criteria for IHM Mumbai courses is NCHMCT JEE.
