Candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree can apply for the SSC CGL exam. The Diploma holders are not eligible to apply for the exam. The candidates who are in the last year of their graduation can apply for the exam under the 'result awaited category' but they need to acquire their graduation degree before the last date of application which is considered as the cutoff date. There is no bar of minimum percentage in the Graduation exam. Candidates with any percentage can apply for the SSC CGL exam. The Commission provides a level playing field to all the candidates. -

Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer - Graduation from a recognised university or institute
Junior Statistical Officer - Graduation in any subject from a recognised university or institute with at least 60 percent marks in Mathematics at Class 12 level or Graduation in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at graduation level.
