    The minimum eligibility criteria for appearing in the UPTET exam are as follows:
    1. For Primary Level Teachers (Class 1 to 5):
    - The candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks. - The candidate must have completed a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) or BTC (Basic Training Certificate) or NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (BElEd).
    2. For Upper Primary Level Teachers (Class 6 to 8):
