The minimum eligibility is the same as that of the JEE Mains, as this college takes admission through JoSAA only.

JoSSA conducts the admissions for BIT-Mesra, every year. To get into the institute, you need to pass JEE Mains examination and must have a rank within the required cut-offs and you can get admission in BIT like any other NIT.
