For NITs, you need minimum of 75% in 10+2 and you need to qualify JEE Mains paper 2. For IITs you need minimum of 75% in 10+2 and you need to qualify JEE Mains paper 2 and 1 and then JEE advance and then AAT to be eligible.

Check out the official site of JoSAA wherein you will be getting the list of participating colleges and that will help you a lot to know about the top B.Arch colleges and also you will be able to clear your further doubts. You need to have atlas 75 percent in your class 10 and 12 results.
